Yes — every item is 100% authentic. All pieces are sourced directly from vetted luxury resale boutiques, vintage shops and AACD-member stores in Japan, the world’s most trusted secondhand luxury market. These stores follow strict inspection standards to prevent counterfeit items from entering circulation.

What is AACD?

AACD stands for the Association Against Counterfeit Product Distribution.
It is a Japanese industry organisation that sets rigorous standards for luxury resale stores. AACD members authenticate, inspect, and verify all designer goods before selling them, ensuring traceability and legitimacy.

Where do you source your items?

All pieces come directly from Japan — from vetted luxury resale boutiques, vintage shops, and AACD-accredited stores. Japan is known for incredibly well-kept pre-loved designer items and some of the highest authenticity standards in the world.

Do you offer sourcing requests?

Yes! If you're looking for a specific bag, colour, or style, I offer personalised sourcing services from Japan.

Do you accept offers?

Depending on the situation - I can accept lower offers on specific items. Just send me a enquiry and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can. Sending an enquiry does not guarantee the item for sale and/or put the item on hold. Enquire here.

Are the bags new or pre-loved?

All bags are pre-loved / vintage unless marked otherwise. Condition will always be clearly noted in each product description, along with close-up photos.

What is your returns policy?

Because items are vintage/pre-loved and individually sourced, all sales are final. Unless the item is faulty in ways that aren’t described in the product description. All items are preloved vintage so this should be considered upon purchase.

How long will shipping take?

For Australian orders: 2–7 business days.
Tracking is provided for all orders.

Will my bag come with original accessories?

Only if stated in the description. Some pieces include dust bags, charms, padlocks, straps, or authenticity cards, depending on what the reseller provided in Japan.

Do you clean or restore the bags?

All items are gently cleaned and inspected before listing.
I never alter or overly restore bags, to maintain authenticity and original craftsmanship.

Are the photos edited?

Photos are lightly brightened for clarity but never altered to hide flaws.
All wear will be honestly shown in the images and description.

Can I see more photos before buying?
